I have gathered most of this info from the Serial Number Survey and present it here as a reference. Currently this is a work in progress and the data presented here is NOT 100% accurate. I've never heard of a new Glock having mismatched serial numbers brand new. I'd wonder if the original owner had broke something and had it repaired.
